Solomon Douglas inspired record breaking numbers filling the floor at Wednesday Night Hop! Thanks to DJ Trevor for seamlessly handling band break transitions! We loved having the Swing Cats Rhythm Revue perform to keep the energy high, and we were delighted to see some old friends out dancing!
To kick off our second month of Summer Swing, we are bringing back The Solomon Douglas Quartet to Wednesday Night Hop! The band plays a mixture of musical styles including blues, old-school swing, and groovy mainstream swinging jazz with tinges of bop and soul-jazz. We want to bring you a wide variety of bands to inspire your dance in as many ways as possible!
